Here is a brief list of air freight. FAR Part 91 vs FAR Part 135 For most business jets, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) provides two Narrow-Body Airliners for charter sets of rules under which you can operate. FAR Part 91 is for private operations only. This would be the case if you or your company purchased an aircraft for personal or company business.
