Private Jet Charter, Charter Jet Info, Worldwide Jet Charter for business

Our management program

Our management program allows you to skip all of these requirements and focus on making money. You would simply fly your aircraft under our certificate. Charter Jet Info have already done all the work! How operating under our certificate works Once the preliminary steps are completed, you can then operate your aircraft as a private FAR Part 91 or air taxi FAR Part 135 flight, depending on the circumstances of each flight. You could operate all flights as FAR Part 135, but only some flights qualify as FAR Part 91 flights (transporting the owner or company employees). Let's look at how it works when you want to take a flight. It is very simple! You call OEJC and tell our twenty-four hour dispatchers the details of your trip (departure, destination, etc).

There is some paperwork that you would need to complete private air charter before departure. After you fly the trip, you simply call us and tells us that you have arrived. You would also submit the finished paperwork. The biggest difference is that there is more paperwork required under FAR Part 135. The real benefit that you receive from our program is that you can advertise to the public that you provide air taxi (charter) service.

You only have to indicate that the flight is operated by OEJC. Even though VIP charter you will use your pilots (if desired), when on FAR Part 135 flights they are acting under the supervision of OEJC. That's why we say operated by OEJC. Here are a few of the critical functions we provide: We track your aircraft's maintenance per FAR Part 135. We ensure FAR compliance (duty limits, areas of operation, etc). We track you pilot's records (medicals, training, currency, etc). We act as liaisons between you and the FAA.

Charter Jet Info follow your aircraft while enroute to ensure safety. We develop any required manuals for your aircraft (checklists, MEL's, etc) We provide training for your pilots. Charter Jet Info have check airman on staff which will usually eliminate the delays associated with using an FAA Inspector for check rides. We can use Flight Safety or in-house flight training. We can provide insurance for your aircraft at our reduced rates. This is only a partial list. As you can see, we have worked hard to develop a program that allows you to focus on simply flying the trips. Charter Jet Info will maintain all of the necessary sub-systems. How to get started Once you decide that this program is for you, there are some things that must be accomplished before your first revenue trip. This list covers most of the items, but is subject to change: The aircraft must be inspected to see that it meets FAR Part 135 requirements. If the aircraft has ever air freight been '135' before, this should not be an issue. The aircraft records must be inspected to see that all AD's, inspections, etc have been satisfied. Any issues with the aircraft must be resolved before the FAA actually sees the aircraft. These inspections can often be completed at your base, or in New York.

The FAA will need to personally inspect the log books and aircraft. This can sometimes be accomplished at your home base depending on your local FAA office. The pilots you intend to use must receive training IAW FAR Part 135. Charter Jet Info can often complete some or all of this training at your home base or in New York, OK. Flight Safety can also perform some of the training. The pilots must also receive check rides. Charter Jet Info can usually perform these in-house with our check airmen. Sometimes Flight Safety or an FAA Inspector will perform these checks. All crew members must be on an approved drug screening program. Charter Jet Info have a program, or we can sometimes use yours if you already have a FAA approved Part 135 program.

Once the FAA sees that the aircraft is ready and the crew members are ready, they will list the aircraft in our Operation Specifications. From that point, you are all set! All of these steps are performed concurrently and will usually take 14 to 30 days. We are currently authorized to operate Learjets, Citations, Sabreliners, and Hawkers on our certificate. If you have a different aircraft to operate, there will most likely be additional tasks to perform. Charter Jet Info have tried to provide you a basic idea of how our program works. There are, of course, many details that need to be covered. If you think this program might be just what your looking for, call 1 516 432 5901.
